Chad Stalcup founded Skyline Media Group to serve one client in Oklahoma in 2000. Since then, he has built the agency up to help a litany of clients, including the first one, connect to growing audiences throughout the country. Chad’s philosophy for Skyline Media Group is that an ad agency should evolve to serve the growing needs of the client as well as the audience they hope to reach. He’s deeply involved in both finding partners who share this vision and implementing it creatively, overseeing conception, account management, production and placement.
With over 30 years of media experience, Chad invests daily in the success of our clients. Managing a full in-house print and production staff, equipping them with innovative tools, and empowering them to produce award-winning work has positioned Skyline as a one-of-a-kind agency in the Southwest.
Chad acts in television advertising, speaks regularly at media forums, and is actively involved in several, local non-profits: Oklahoma City Beautiful, the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber, St. Baldrick’s Foundation and National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Chad has received multiple awards for his work and on behalf of Skyline Media Group.

Kevin M. Nichols
Kevin’s roles include account leadership on several key accounts, strategic planning and new business development.
Kevin began his career in New York, NY with NW Ayer and, later, WRG/BDDP. He also lived and worked in Dallas for Publicis Bloom, Winston-Salem, NC, for Trone, and, locally, with Jordan Associates and Stubble. Kevin offers more than 20 years of experience, servicing such national brands as Hertz, AT&T, Kraft, Armor All, J.C. Penney, BlueCross BlueShield, Folgers Coffee and Quick-Step Flooring.
Kevin’s life highlights include traveling the globe for six months on a $20-a-day budget and, first and foremost, “marrying my wife, Carrie,” and “every day that I spend with my two kids, Kip and Graham.”
Joi Marcum is a business veteran with a degree in Broadcasting/Communications with 25 years of experience and over 15 years working with Casinos. She has been employed by prestigious media outlets receiving several awards for Business Development & Management. Joi has a broad knowledge of strategy, branding, and media in Gaming and Native Enterprise. Being Native American, Joi’s dedication is to form relationships that are transparent and work, closely, with clients which helps the client to have a trusted partnership.
Chase is responsible for the tracking and coordination of production assets. Renting equipment, hiring crew and booking talent are just a few of his responsibilities. Utilizing the skills he learned as a Broadcasting major and later as a Producer Chase is focused on turning a client’s ideas and Brand into innovative and inspiring stories.
Before joining Skyline, Chase was a hired gun Producer, Editor and Director for creative advertising agencies. He believes in pushing the creative limits of any project to attain the most unique and relevant solution. Large production or small, he prides himself on recognizing and utilizing talent.
Chase enjoys shooting, going to the dog park with his dog and writing in the third person.
Gloria S. Hart
Gloria is responsible for researching, analyzing and developing media strategies in current and potential markets, with a focus on cost-efficient methods to gain effective reach and frequent exposure for each client. She determines the budget distribution among media vendors and purchases and evaluates and conducts post-buy analyses for each media purchase. She maintains close communication with multiple vendors, developing media opportunities and responding to media requests.
Before joining Skyline, Gloria worked at First Impressions Marketing and Advertising as Production Coordinator and Account Services Coordinator, and Contrast magazine as a sales representative. Gloria brings over 14 years of experience to Skyline Media Group.
Staci is responsible for the administration of Skyline Media Group’s accounting department, managing billing, payroll and accounts payable. In her time at Skyline, she has overseen more than $100 million in billing and has worked with hundreds of vendors. Staci’s superb organizational skills and an eye for detail have made for seamless integration with vendors and clients alike.
Staci has over 22 years experience in both technical support and business management, as well as expert experience with various accounting systems. Furthermore, Staci has managed her own business as owner/operator of a restaurant.
