President/Executive Creative Director

Chad Stalcup founded Skyline Media Group to serve one client in Oklahoma in 2000. Since then, he has built the agency up to help a litany of clients, including the first one, connect to growing audiences throughout the country. Chad’s philosophy for Skyline Media Group is that an ad agency should evolve to serve the growing needs of the client as well as the audience they hope to reach. He’s deeply involved in both finding partners who share this vision and implementing it creatively, overseeing conception, account management, production and placement.

Kevin M. Nichols

Account Supervisor

Kevin’s roles include account leadership on several key accounts, strategic planning and new business development.

Kevin began his career in New York, NY with NW Ayer and, later, WRG/BDDP. He also lived and worked in Dallas for Publicis Bloom, Winston-Salem, NC, for Trone, and, locally, with Jordan Associates and Stubble.

Todd E. Clark

Associate Creative Director

Todd is responsible for overseeing the print and web media for the agency, as well as developing and maintaining strategic brand identity. With over 21 years of experience in advertising, he consistently produces award-winning work. Todd has worked on campaigns with Six Flags, PetsMart, Hobby Lobby, LeapFrog, and BlueLithium (recently acquired by Yahoo). Locally, he’s worked with the Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits,  Oklahoma Tourism, the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber, Remington Park, Allied Arts and Lyric Theatre.

Brooks McGinnis

Senior Animator

Brooks is responsible for overseeing motion design and animation for the agency. Born to create and innovate; Brooks brings to the table an extremely diverse skill set with a talent for adaptive knowledge absorption. Through self-motivation and hard work he has successfully risen above the normal and excelled at nearly every aspect of the production process. He brings award winning creativity and design backed by a desire for perfection in everything he accomplishes.

Gloria S. Hart

Media Director

Gloria is responsible for researching, analyzing and developing media strategies in current and potential markets, with a focus on cost-efficient methods to gain effective reach and frequent exposure for each client. She determines the budget distribution among media vendors and purchases and evaluates and conducts post-buy analyses for each media purchase. She maintains close communication with multiple vendors, developing media opportunities and responding to media requests.

Staci Gaynor

Business Manager

Staci is responsible for the administration of Skyline Media Group’s accounting department, managing billing, payroll and accounts payable. In her time at Skyline, she has overseen more than $50 million in billing and has worked with hundreds of vendors. Staci’s superb organizational skills and an eye for detail have made for seamless integration with vendors and clients alike.

Jonathan Stapleton

Senior Editor

Jonathan is responsible for preparing, editing and coordinating all video work within the department. His involvement in each project is essential, from directing or camera operating to editing, final output and DVD authoring. His knowledge of multiple video editing platforms, audio mixing and visual standards like ProTools, Photoshop and many other industry appropriate applications create a well-rounded editor who can take on any challenge.

Steve is responsible for preparing, editing and coordination of video work within the department. His stellar editing skills have been refined over his 29 years of experience. He brings to Skyline the knowledge and know-how for all production needs.
